产品简介
硬脂酸其特性包括润滑性、乳化性、稳定性和疏水性，在橡胶和塑料行业中，主要用作润滑剂、脱模剂、分散剂、稳定剂和活化剂。
包装和储存
　　本品为25KG/包，产品外用塑料编织袋，内包装用塑料袋，本品为无毒，无腐蚀性固体，属非危险品，运输按非危险品运输，应防止暴晒雨淋。本品储存于阴凉通风处，防止阳光直射，保质期为12个月，超过保质期后经检验合格，仍可继续使用。
应用特点
1. 润滑剂（内部/外部润滑）
PVC加工：
减少熔体与螺杆/模具的摩擦，提高挤出或注塑效率。
防止PVC热分解。
PP/PE加工：
改善熔体流动性，减少能耗，提高制品表面光泽。
2. 脱模剂
在注塑、压延、吹塑等工艺中，防止塑料粘模，提高生产效率。
3. 稳定剂组分（用于PVC）
与硬脂酸钙（CaSt）、硬脂酸锌（ZnSt）等复配，作为热稳定剂，防止PVC加工时降解变黄。
4. 色母粒分散剂
在色母粒或功能母粒（如抗UV母粒）中，帮助颜料或助剂均匀分散，避免色差或斑点。

		2.In PP/PE Processing，it improves melt flow, reduce energy consumption, and improve product surface gloss.
		3.As a mold release agent, it prevents plastic from sticking to the mold and improves production efficiency in injection, calendering and blow molding processes.
		4.Stabilizer component (for PVC) Compounded with calcium stearate (CaSt) and zinc stearate (ZnSt), etc., it is used as a heat stabilizer to prevent degradation and yellowing of PVC during processing.
		5.As a dispersant for color masterbatches, it helps pigments or additives to disperse evenly in color masterbatchesor functional masterbatches (e.g. UV-resistant masterbatches) to avoid color difference or spots.
