产品简介
本产品通常为白色/淡黄色片状固体或者流体粉末蜡状物,是中性饱和脂肪醇二羧酸值，可溶于乙醇、苯等有机溶剂中。可以根据客户需要提供相应类型的产品，为客户提供较佳的润滑体系，解决产品加工过程中内外滑不足、内外滑失衡、产品表面光泽度不佳、设备磨损严重、生产效率不高等加工问题。 此产品是一种高级脂肪醇类极性有机物，与同为极性的PVC有很好的相容性，相较于硬脂酸，本产品不易析出，是纯内润滑剂。
包装和储存
本品为25KG/包，产品外用塑料编织袋，内包装用塑料袋，本品为无毒，无腐蚀性固体，属非危险品 ，运输按非危险品运输，应防止暴晒雨淋。本品储存于阴凉通风处，防止阳光直射，保质期为12个月，超过保质期后经检验合格，仍可继续使用。
应用特点 Application features
本产品作为硬聚氯乙烯制品加工用内润滑剂，与 PVC 及其他助剂有着良好的相容性，适用于各种加工条件，能促进熔体均匀分散，增加流动性，改善冲击强度及表面光泽度，可广泛应用于透明片、粒料、型材、板材、管材、及工程塑料中，添加量一般为 0.3-1.2 份，特殊情况下适当增加。
